Digital Account Manager

Who are we: A company who offers social automation and chatbot experiences to global brands, by delivering solutions across Twitter, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Spotify and Pinterest. 

Who are we looking for: Account manager/sales

What will you do:
  • Drive new and grow existing account revenues
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets
  • Provide day-to-day support to allocated customers
  • Manage brand direct and agency relationships
  • Reporting on campaign performance
  • Activate new customers through strategic selling
  • Ensure customers are educated and informed of all new product offerings
  • Fulfil all role functionalities associated with operations and sales
A typical day consists of:
  • Educating brands and agencies
  • Liaising with our internal sales teams across represented platforms to support and grow accounts
  • Preparing and presenting proposals
  • Managing communications with agency and brand and ensuring campaign performance is optimal
  • Liaising with our account management and brand strategy teams for day-to-day support
What will you need:
  • Digital sales experience (minimum three years)
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Knowledge of digital advertising products an advantage
  • Knowledge of South African agency landscape is a must
  • Excellent presentation skills - spoken and written
  • Good numerical skills - create keynote proposals and insertion orders independently
  • Ambitious, tenacious and positive can-do attitude
  • Passion for tech innovation
  • Impeccable sales hygiene and knowledge of CRM practices
